We currently ship all internatial packages via EMS through Japan Post. It is the quickest and most affordable form of shipping from Japan. All Japan based orders will be shipped via Sagawa unless you prefer another shipping company.
Also as of June 19th 2026 we will be putting a 14 day wait on all orders from Europe. We will not start the order until the 14 waiting period has finished. That way any European has their 14 day right to cancel.
All orders are considered Made to Order, or custom items and are not subject to the Right to Withdraw. We will offer a 14 day waiting period before making the item or items. You will have that time to fully cancel your item if that is what you would like to do, but once the item is in the mail, we will not accept any refunds unless it falls under our terms of service. If you want to wave the 14 day waiting period, we will require an email stating the waver of this right. Thank you for understanding.
