Do you ship to my country?
As of June 19th 2026 we will not be shipping to Europe, unless we are sent a legally binding waiver of the "Right of Withdrawal". And we haven't figured this out as of now, so we technically don't ship to Europe as of now.
We ship to most countries. Unfortunately the website that we use only lets us set shipping by country and not region. So if your country isn't listed in our shipping right now, please contact us and we will update the list with your country.
As it goes we aren't currently shipping to Russia. We don't support the unjustified war so don't bother asking.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, and to pretty much anywhere that a package can be delivered.
Orders Going To The EU.
All orders are considered Made to Order, or custom items and are not subject to the Right to Withdraw. We will offer a 14 day waiting period before making the item or items. You will have that time to fully cancel your item if that is what you would like to do, but once the item is in the mail, we will not accept any refunds unless it falls under our terms of service. If you want to wave the 14 day waiting period, we will require an email stating the waver of this right. Thank you for understanding.
How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within ten business days (within three business days on average).
Do I get a tracking number for my order?
International Orders are all shipped through EMS and will have a tracking number. And Japan local orders will have a Sagawa tracking number.
